The Grounds Guys Award New Franchise Location In Moncton, New Brunswick

ORANGEVILLE, Ontario (January 31, 2012) – The Grounds Guys^® Canada is pleased to announce the opening of a new franchise location in Moncton, New Brunswick.

The new owners of The Grounds Guys Moncton franchise are Tony LeBlanc and Steve Dunnett. The Grounds Guys^® brand provides summer and winter landscape management and grounds maintenance services for commercial and residential customers throughout Canada and the USA.

Tony and Steve are taking on the Grounds Guys of Moncton location as a compliment to their work with Ground Floor Property Management, a company that they currently own and operate.

Tony LeBlanc has a wealth of business experience and the technical skills to match, having worked as a Software Engineer with IBM for 13 years and as an active real estate investor. A visionary entrepreneur, Tony also has a passion for fitness and has been working out for the past 10 years. He is married to Annie and a father of Sara and Caden.

Steve Dunnett was born and raised in Moncton, NB. Enjoying his lengthy career, which spans nearly two decades as a property manager and being a real estate investor himself, Steve has a passion for developing meaningful partnerships with his clients to ensure they each attain their investment goals. In addition to being an entrepreneur, he enjoys various sports and volunteer work. With a family first priority, Steve is married to Tracey and is an active father with his “basketball” daughter, Katelyn and “hockey” son, Isaac.
